Melting Pot Restaurants Inc.
Problem:
Melting Pot Restaurants Inc.* had created a learning ecosystem, but their learners didn’t engage with the training content because they didn’t understand the system.
Solution:
By restructuring the content, applying a cohesive visual branding, integrating visual microlearning elements and webinars, Melting Pot team member engagement increased by 15x more active users and completions increased from 42 to 94% (by 30 days of hire).
*Melting Pot Restaurants Inc. was formerly known as Front Burner Brands, the Restaurant Support Center.

PwC CAM Platform
Connect Audit Manager (CAM) was built by PwC to manage each audit, but they found their users were confused and unable to use the platform effectively, so our design team interviewed, drafted personas, restructured the information architecture, and then incorporated a wizard process for questions, a multiple drag and drop file upload pattern, and discussion board.
