Meet Christina Sanchez

I've always been drawn to one question:
What helps people grow?

That question has taken me from a visual graphic design to enterprise UX to learning experience design and learning technology. The work looks different on the surface, but my process has stayed surprisingly consistent: observe how people naturally move through a system, find where the friction is, and design a clearer way forward.

I have 10+ years across design, with experience spanning enterprise software, UX, learning products, visual communication, and large-scale learning systems.

I'm especially interested in work where UX, product thinking, learning, and real-world behavior intersect—particularly enterprise products, learning products, education technology, workflow tools, and systems designed to help people become more capable rather than simply complete a task.
