Pricewaterhouse Coopers

Problem:
PwC developers created enterprise applications, but they didn’t design with users in mind.

Solution:

We restructured information architecture, created guided wizards, optimized dashboards, and developed one cohesive design language.

  • PwC Connect:
    Client-facing Data Tables & Forms

  • PwC Engagement Center:
    Data visuals & project management

  • PwC CAM:
    Wizard forms & Dashboards

  • PwC Concordia:
    Cohesive Design language

PwC Connect Platform

Connect is an external client facing platform built so PwC clients could upload documents, submit questions related to the audit process, and view a dashboard with actionable items. We designed with accessibility, color blindness, and mobile access in mind.

PwC Engagement Center Planning Platform

The project planning platform designed to visually see where status of all audits quickly.

PwC CAM Platform

Connect Audit Manager (CAM) was built by PwC to manage each audit, but they found their users were confused and unable to use the platform effectively, so our design team interviewed, drafted personas, restructured the information architecture, and then incorporated a wizard process for questions, a multiple drag and drop file upload pattern, and discussion board.

PwC Design Language, Concordia

Development of multiple platforms quickly led to inconsistency in the design components, which then required us to develop a cohesive design language, thus Concordia was born.
